Assessors are chosen by us for their broad business background, their competence and their experience of working internationally within a variety of organisations and cultures. We will choose and assessorto match your organisation. It will be useful though for you to provide the assessor with specific information about your company when they are in contact with you. Treat them as if they are a new employee that way you'll be demonstrating how you do treat new employees and give them more information about you.
Be realistic though! If you have a 3 day induction programme it would be unrealistic to expect the assessor to go thorugh all of it, so be selective.
